She went above and beyond the role of a realtor to help me and my husband in our home purchase We contacted Mandy about a month prior to visiting Grand Junction from out of state. She asked what was important to us in purchasing a home and she listened. She knew we were only going to be in town a week so she had houses lined up for us to look at. The very first day we found our perfect home! She then proceeded to have the home inspected right away so we would be in town to meet with the inspector. I was referred to Mandy by a friend, who gave me her cell phone number; I left her a message and she got back to me immediately. She asked good questions, met with me right away to look at the property and gave me great suggestions about what I should do with the house to list it. When we signed the papers to list the property, she explained everything very thoroughly, we had no unanswered questions at the end of that meeting. Mandy recently listed my investment property on the Redlands near Tiara Rado golf course. After visiting the property, she made very valid suggestions on improvements that would be seen as beneficial to a Buyer and affect a more timely sale at the best possible price. She assisted by getting the property ready for marketing by arranging vendors to paint, re-carpet and clean after the tenants had vacated. There were some hurdles along the way, but Mandy navigated those issues with confidence and conviction. I called Mandy on a Wednesday while driving into Grand Junction, by Thursday afternoon I had put an offer on a house for my son to live in while going to college in Grand Junction. I was referred to Mandy by a friend, who gave me her cell phone number; I left her a message and she got back to me immediately. She asked good questions, met with me right away to look at the property and gave me great suggestions about what I should do with the house to list it. When we signed the papers to list the property, she explained everything very thoroughly, we had no unanswered questions at the end of that meeting.
